Our real estate market is boiling over with opportunities. As I posted previously, sales are exploding...well positioned listing inventory is being gobbled up...yea! If ever there was a time to really redouble our efforts to take new listings..the time is now. According to MLS stats, current listing inventory in The Woodlands is 1,000 properties. The Average Number of Days On The Market for an active listing is 99 Days. The Average Number of Days On the Market for Listings that have Pended/Sold this year is 90 Days On The Market.
What does this mean to you/us/our sellers?
If we/you have an active listing(s) that has been on the market for more than 99 days...it's wise to reevaluate the situation and take immediate action to reposition your listing. In an obviously hot market like this...with your expertise and our collective marketing dominance...our/your listings should sell faster than our competitors and the MLS average (2004 results show we outperformed every competitor in this category).
